I was a paramedic for 40 years but am currently retired. My debut into photography was based on 35mm film and goes back to the late 1970’s spanning into the early 1990’s. I took a hiatus from photography until 2009 when the shutter bug bit again, this time digital, as I now have the time with my children grown.

My love for photography is centered in nature, landscapes, and scenic as I very much enjoy the out-of-doors. My favorite time of year is fall with winter following in a close second with the rare exception of Nature in the spring.
